Christine started E.B. Howard Consulting in 2013 with the idea that proposal preparation and independent/external evaluation services can be useful, effective, efficient, and most importantly AFFORDABLE.  E.B. Howard Consulting is certified as an M/WBE in NYS and NYC, and WOSB with the SBA.  She has completed hundreds of proposals (over $60 Million in funding for our clients) and project evaluation reports for our clients as required by various funding agencies.  Christine is passionate about funding equity among women and minority-owned start-ups. So passionate, that in 2014, she started compiling a list of various investment firms that will NOT make a funding decision based on your GENDER or ETHNICITY.
